Senior Lawyer – Property and Commercial Property, (Commercial, and Regeneration Team)

Salary: £41,551 - £45,266 p.a.

37 hours per week 

Highly experienced commercial property lawyer required with extensive background in all aspects of commercial property work. We are a small property team within Legal Services who work closely with the surveyors in the Corporate Assets Department as well as other departments.   Previous local government experience is not essential.  
The post requires excellent communication skills and involves a varied caseload from day to day commercial landlord and tenant to advising on development projects. 
You will have a good knowledge of commercial property law together with a commercial approach to all areas of your work and a willingness to be proactive.
DBS Disclosure at Standard level will be required prior to any offer of employment and this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
