SENIOR LAWYER
£36,937-£39,660 • 12 month fixed term 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive to join our busy team within our Unitary Authority. 

You will use your existing proven casework and advocacy skills to support our Adult Services Team in the provision of legal advice across a wide area of adult services law, covering all principal legislation (e.g. Care Act 2014, MCA 2005 and MHA 1983) and in particular focusing on deprivation of liberty safeguards, ordinary residence and welfare applications. 

You will be a flexible team player with excellent communication skills complimenting your analytical and drafting skills, and be able to work to deadlines and with a varied and busy caseload.
