The Civil Liberties Team seeks a dynamic, innovative and exceptional solicitor of 3+ years PQE to join our team.
Civil liberties and public law cases
Solicitor with experience of representing vulnerable clients, who will undertake a variety of work including representing bereaved families at inquests, civil claims against state agencies, judicial reviews arising out of inquests and the criminal justice system and mental health/mental capacity cases, as well as other public law challenges.
