Duncan Lewis, a progressive law firm with offices throughout England and Wales currently have a number of openings for experienced Housing/Property Litigation solicitors across a number of their offices.

A highly regarded Legal 500 listed national practice  seeks to expand their thriving  award winning Housing department with the recruitment of solicitors who are specialists in landlord/ tenant matters and general property litigation.

We have vacancies in the following offices: Barnet, Dalston, Harrow, Shepherds Bush, Luton, Milton Keynes and Leicester.

Essential requirements for these roles:

The successful Housing/Property Litigation Solicitor must have working knowledge of the publically funded Housing work and have the ability to service privately funded cases. The work will include all types of land lord /tenant disputes, Housing disrepair, possession proceedings, homelessness, appeals, boundary disputes and general property litigation.

The successful candidates will be looking to develop and progress in their practice area. Experience in managing a team and supervising junior members of the team will be an essential part of the role. You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business.
