LBS Legal is looking to make a number of strategic appointments to enhance its existing team.

At LBS Legal, we know that to deliver the highest quality services, we need the best people as part of our team.
LBS Legal is a niche practice, which provides specialist advice and ongoing support to small and medium-sized legal practices on
every aspect of professional conduct, regulatory compliance, risk management and practice management.
Through our team of remote based and on-site consultants, we help practices to achieve and maintain Lexcel accreditation and the
Conveyancing Quality Standard and provide advice and support with SRA investigations and prosecutions. We also provide CPD
training on regulatory matters.

Who we are looking for
Successful candidates will be team players, with strong IT skills, able to work proactively and to respond promptly and effectively
to our clients’ demands. Good communication skills are required, both oral and in writing, including the ability to develop
good relations with clients, to whom you will become a trusted adviser. You will have a good commercial awareness and an
understanding of the pressures facing our clients, as well as experience in, and a sound knowledge of, the specialist area involved in
the role (outlined below).
Ideally you will be educated to degree level, with applications from qualified lawyers or those with relevant experi-ence gained
in legal practice particularly welcome. However, applications from those with transferable skills will also be considered, with full
training and support available to those candidates demonstrating the right potential and atti-tude.
All roles are full-time, but applications will be considered from those interested in working on a part-time basis.
Location
All roles are home-based, but you will be expected to travel to clients in the Yorkshire and North-East regions.
Role Outlines

SRA Investigations Consultant (£60k-£80k depending on experience)
Applicants for this more senior role should be technically capable and experienced in contentious matters relating to the SRA
