THE FIRM and THE ROLE
A small, long established, well-regarded and busy Warwickshire market town firm seeks a Solicitor to head up the Conveyancing department. The work will include the whole remit of property matters including, principally, residential sales and purchases but with some commercial work.  The rȏle would suit a solicitor based locally or willing to relocate and looking to make a committed long term career move with the ability to developing his or her own specialism in property matters, while consolidating and growing the existing caseload.  

THE CANDIDATE 

You will:-
Be a Solicitor with about 10 years’ PQE and satisfying all panel eligibility criteria; have good IT skills; experience using a case management system (particularly Proclaim) would be a bonus; have an excellent academic record and a good general background in property law; possess very good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible and empathetic language; be proactive, dynamic and ambitious, with excellent time-management skills and an understanding of costs issues and marketing; Be a real team player, flexible and good-humoured.
