A progressive law firm based in central Leicester is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its friendly team. Our client is single site and very well-known with being in the market for years. It has really nice modern offices and provides an incredibly supportive and welcoming working environment. The family team is small, currently just a partner, who is looking for someone to take under their wing. This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to secure long term employment and a competitive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
The role
The role will include assisting the family department with a broad base of private family work. A lot of the department's work comes in from its commercial clients so it's a great opportunity to get stuck into some great quality work
Caseload will include divorce, negotiating financial arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements, disputes involving children and issues arising from cohabitation situations
The successful candidate will be working alongside the partner who has a great reputation and gets a lot of work from this
Our client is flexible and part-time hours will be considered
The candidate
Candidates that have a minimum of 2 years PQE will have the necessary skills to be successful in this role
