Residential/Commercial Property vacancy
A full time position for an experienced Residential/Commercial Property Lawyer has become available at Blackhurst Budd Limited.

The vacancy is open to Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.

A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience managing your own caseload is required. You will need to have acquired previous experience in Residential/Commercial Conveyancing.

Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team. Experience in using a case management system is desirable. 

Dispute Resolution vacancy
A full time position for a qualified Dispute Resolution Solicitor has become available within the Dispute Resolution Department at Blackhurst Budd Limited.

The position would ideally suit a newly qualified Solicitor working in a very busy Department covering a broad range of Civil Dispute Resolution issues with an emphasis towards Employment Law Landlord and Tenant and some PI.

Some prior experience of Civil Dispute Resolution is essential as are excellent IT skills and the ability to work without full time secretarial support.

Blackhurst Budd was Highly Commended in the 2014 Law Society Excellence Awards and has also attained Lexcel, Conveyancing Quality Scheme, Wills & Inheritance Quality Scheme and Investors In People accreditation.
