Ref: HCC2200543
As a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive, you will be required to work individually and as part of a team to deliver services to client departments and external clients regarding civil litigation, including personal injury, commercial landlord and tenant, debt recovery, and minor contractual disputes. You will ideally have recent relevant experience of working in local government or another public sector authority, however this is not essential.
Your role will involve drafting documents, and providing clients with risk based pragmatic advice.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as well as a positive attitude. The role requires a client focused approach and the ability to work as part of a broader team across Hampshire Legal Services and client departments.
In addition to a competitive salary there is a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and the opportunity for flexible working.
Our Organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. We expect all employees, workers and volunteers to share this commitment. We will ensure that all our recruitment and selection practices reflect this commitment.
For an informal discussion, please contact Simon Cook, Team Leader on 01962 845579.
