Childcare Solicitor 5 years + PQE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Childcare Solicitor 5 years + PQE  to join a highly regarded firm with offices in Leicester City Centre. Managing a varied caseload, you will advise, assist and represent individuals in areas including: Special Guardianship Orders; Child Care Proceedings; Supervision Orders and; Emergency Protection Orders. With high levels of client contact in often difficult circumstances, this position would suit a pro-active and personable professional who is a specialist in this field.

The Candidate

• Applicants must be a member of the Children Panel and have acted for both guardians and parents.
• You will conduct advocacy both in the Magistrates and County Court.
• You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
• You will be pro-active professional and detail orientated;
• You will have a genuine passion for your work;
• You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
• You will organise your workload, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
