Local high street practice with a core focus of providing the best service possible to property clients within the Lake District are seeking a qualified conveyancer (Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor).

You need to have gained at least 2 years' experience in a standalone conveyancing role and be able to manage a caseload of circa 80 - 100 files with the ability to run sales & purchase, plot sales & purchase, remortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, transfer of equity and new build matters. There will be lots of client contact involved with this role including visiting clients at their properties on a regular basis so you must have a friendly and warm demeanour. You will be dealing with all complex and high value residential property matters within the department and will be provided with secretarial assistance and be expected to deal with approximately 20 - 25 completions per month.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small friendly firm that have tremendous client relationships and a strong standing in the local community. Salary circa £30k with a performance based bonus (circa £3k - £6k) for great position with a firm that has a growing reputation!
