Arbitration Partner - Senior Dispute Lawyer
Dubai - US International Law Firm
Must have a following / confident book of business.
Search, through professional recommendations and referrals have been assigned a senior level position in the GCC's commercial hub, Dubai. The role in question is a Partnership level post in our client's dispute team in the region.
The firm is one of the largest and oldest in globally. They have an outstanding international presence and are tiered 1 in most disciplines of law. Their office in Dubai has been long established in the dispute community and they intend to hire an individual who would be of the correct calibre and standing to meet the requirements of the title Partner within the office.
Candidates who are deemed suitable will have a common law background and have been educated in either the UK, US, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
Dispute lawyers will already be in a position of seniority and comfortable with managing their own case load and that of their juniors. In addition candidates will be expected to have some level of business that would follow them/ or a confident following.
Please note this is a Partnership level role and senior level lawyers are encouraged to apply but if they have an ironclad business plan. However this role will not be used as leverage for Partnership and you will be expected to cover your business plan in detail.
The firm has a focus on high level disputes including:
- White collar banking & finance litigation
- Securities
- Financial crime
- Fraud
Candidate will need to be at least 10PQE
