Job Details
Family solicitor - A small, niche firm with a very good reputation is looking to recruit a family solicitor to join them on a long term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied and complex caseload of private and legal aid family matters in a friendly and well reputed firm, and would be ideal for candidates looking for a February start.
The Role
- Family role that will see you dealing predominantly with private work, including divorce, ancillary relief and children matters, managing your own caseload.
- Representing clients at court.
- You will be joining a small team of family solicitors.
- 9 - 12 month maternity cover.
The Candidate
- Candidates with at least 3 years PQE would be best suited to the role, although candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered and should apply.
- Able to handle your own caseload, with experience of dealing with private family matters.
