Agricultural Senior Associate/Partner designate - 5 year + PQE - Northampton
Suitable for those with experience of agricultural work or commercial property solicitors looking to move into this specialist area in a growing legal 500 and chambers listed firm.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of 10 friendly and supportive lawyers currently within the department making this one of the strongest specialist teams of its type in the area. Due to the strength of the department the firm will also consider commercial property solicitors with a desire to move into this specialist side of things and develop a career for themselves in this area of things.
The department deals with issues such as the sale and purchase of farms, farmland and other agricultural property, tenancy agreements, diversification projects, development of land issues and lease issues surrounding agricultural land and property. They are able to attract a steady stream of excellent quality work from large farm owners and landed estates due to their expertise in this area and are widely regarded as being the "go to firm" for work of this nature.
