Solicitor with litigation experience required to join a market leading law firm in the Cheltenham region.

Your new company
This is an outstanding law firm who have an unbelievable heritage and have been established for more than 200 years. They specialise in work for private clients and privately owned business and provide exceptional and very personal service to regional, national and international clients. This is a friendly and partner led firm with around 28 partners and approximately 100 staff located across 3 offices with career development at the forefront of everything they do. Due to the on going success and growth of the firm they now require a solicitor with litigation experience, which also must include property exposure to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be dealing with number of litigation matters such as Employment Law, Personal Injury and Property, which will provide you with a varied and interesting case load to deal with. From a property point of view you will be covering matters, including: breaches of covenants, contracts disputes, recovery of ground rent and issues that are about to be issued to the Court or at a Property Tribunal.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You'll have a strong track record of dealing with litigation matters, which includes property. You will have excellent attention to deal, be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with the ability to work under pressure. Ideally you will be qualified solicitor who is 6 years plus PQE.
