Solicitor with Agriculture experience required to join a market leading law firm in Stratford Upon Avon


Your new company
This is an outstanding law firm who have an unbelievable heritage and have been established for more than 200 years. They specialise in work for private clients and privately owned business and provide exceptional and very personal service to regional, national and international clients. This is a friendly and partner led firm with around 28 partners and approximately 100 staff located across 3 offices with career development at the forefront of everything they do. Due to the on going success and growth of the firm they now require a solicitor with agriculture experience to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be providing legal expertise to agricultural and rural clients on non-contentious matters and help to grow the business by developing business contracts working as part of the Agriculture and Landed Estates team. You'll be involved with Farm sales and purchases, Farming business structure, partnerships, companies, share farming and contact farming. You'll also be dealing with Renewable energy, Environmental issues, Succession planning and restructuring.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You'll have a strong track record of dealing with commercial property, residential property and specialist agricultural law. You will also have excellent communication skills at all levels because there will be a high degree of direct contact with clients / business contacts and Ideally be between 2 - 5 years PQE.
