We are looking to recruit two senior lawyers in the Children & Adult Team.  The team provides legal services to the Council in a variety of areas  covering childcare, adoption, education, mental health and community care. 

We are looking for skilled and experienced advocates who must have extensive experience of acting as a successful advocate on contested matters in the county and magistrates courts.  Applicants must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive.

Our intention is that one role will focus on childcare and adoption and the other will lead on education, mental health and community care although applications from candidates with experience in all areas are particularly welcomed.
