COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER

Dransfield Properties are leading retail development specialists with an in-house managed and growing investment portfolio of £150m and 300 tenants throughout the UK.

We are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer, with a minimum of 2 years PQE, to work within our Estates Department. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in handling a caseload of the full range of commercial property matters, including the following:

• Negotiating and drafting of contracts and leases;
• Landlord and Tenant;
• Acquisitions and Disposals.

A calm and confident individual with an ability to react quickly and positively to changes in pace and direction is sought. An attractive package plus company vehicle is on offer for this position, based in our Head Office at Fox Valley, Sheffield.
