Mental Health, Court of Protection, Community Care and Actions Against the Police Lawyers and Case Workers
Applicants will be able to work independently and manage their own caseload. Mental Health applicants will be able to demonstrate tribunal experience and be a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health panel.
