Bucks and Surrey Trading Standards have joined to form one of the country’s largest and most innovative Trading Standards service. You will be based within a dedicated team of highly motivated legal specialists and will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a role that will give you challenge, variety and will allow you to deliver work to the highest standard.

To be shortlisted to interview your application will clearly evidence:
•    Experience of advocacy in both criminal and civil matters
•    Experience of and a good understanding of the legislative framework that Regulators must adhere to.
•    Experience of managing a large case load.
•    Experience and ability to communicate with Court personnel and Chamber colleagues.
•    A flexible and adaptive approach to work
•    Hold, or be working towards, a trading standards or legal qualification
