Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive - Cheshire

Our client is a mid-sized, multi office, Cheshire based law firm. They are looking to recruit an Associate Level Family Lawyer to deal with a range of family work but with an emphasis on child law.

Solicitors with upwards of 2 years PQE will be considered for the role provided that they have experience in the following areas:

Divorce

Civil Partnerships/Cohabitation agreements

Prenuptial agreements

Child cases

Separation

Finances and financial applications

Work will involve both privately and publicly funded clients. The team itself has an outstanding reputation for family work and currently consists of 2 Partners and 6 Solicitors.

Of particular importance for role is some experience or knowledge of representing parents and family members in relation to care proceedings, adoption etc.

Salary upwards of £30,000 for the right candidate. Part time applicants will be considered.
