OUR CLIENT
This is an exciting new role for a Junior Legal Adviser 1 -3 PQE with commercial/financial services experience to join
a well established international financial services business as a member of a busy in house legal department
THE ROLE
The post holder will be expected to provide legal support to the UK and European business teams under the
supervision of the Senior Counsel.
The work will include:-
Providing legal assistance on major UK and European projects to include:-
Trade Finance documentation
Treasury matters
Drafting and review of commercial contracts, security documentation, risk management
Drafting and notation of purchase agreements
Research on new and existing regulatory and legislative developments
Due to the European focus of the role, European languages would be an asset
