Superb opportunity with a highly-regarded Cheshire law firm.
This professionally managed team is headed by one of the region’s leading professionals in this niche area of Child Care and Protection.
As well as representing and advising parents and other family members in child care proceedings, the team has long established links with local authorities, social services and cafcass etc and is regularly instructed to represent the interests of the child.
Typical instructions would include:
- Applications by a local authority for care and supervision orders
- Applications for special guardianship orders
- Applications for placement and adoption orders
The team prides itself on the excellent levels of service and professionalism - ensuring strong and effective advocacy whilst maintaining a compassionate approach.
If you are not already a Law Society Children Panel Member, this should be one of your main objectives and the firm will encourage you to reach this accreditation. Applications are welcome from child care specialists at all levels.
