Property Section Committee Recruitment - Two Vacancies

The Law Society’s Property Section Committee is looking for two committed and enthusiastic residential or commercial property practitioners to join our committee.

We aim to have a regionally diverse mix of committee members and welcome applications from those with experience of working in residential and commercial practice and/or supporting property practitioners, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial property solicitors 
  • Planning solicitors 
  • Property tax specialists
  • Landlord and tenant solicitors
  • Contentious property solicitors
  • Practice Managers
  • Those with experience of cross-border transactions / deals

The committee meets six times a year and was established to promote best practice and address current issues and challenges facing practitioners.

The deadline for return of applications is Friday 17 February 2017.

Appointments will be made on merit following an open and transparent process including an interview.  A selection panel will consider the applications and shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 22 February 2017.
