CORPORATE FINANCE SOLICITOR

A high profile law firm with offices in Crawley and Maidstone, are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Solicitor at the early stages of their career (3 - 6 years PQE). The firm have an excellent reputation in Corporate Finance and are ranked highly in the Legal 500.

This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Finance Solicitor to join one of the best firms in the area and deal with some high quality work which will include a range of transactions such as:

  • Acquisitions and MBOs - structuring transactions, negotiating terms and project management
  • Disposals including mitigating liability, reducing risk and concluding transactions to schedule
  • Refinancing bank or investor funding
  • Shareholder agreements
  • AIM companies
  • Refinancing bank or investor funding

You will have gained at least 3 years experience as a Corporate Finance Solicitor. Experience within one of the following market sectors would be beneficial: charities, aviation, travel, manufacturing or financial services.
