Residential Conveyancer - A regional law firm wishes to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer to join one of their busy offices in East Sussex.
The conveyancer will need a minimum of 1 year`s experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The successful conveyancer will also have the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable.
The role is open to solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers.
