Litigation Lawyer
A Litigator is required to specialise in contentious probate, by a modern and extremely progressive law firm that has grown substantially over the last 10 years to a turnover of £5m and aims to become a Top 200 UK Law firm imminently.
State of the art systems, first class management and a client base of quality rather than quantity are on offer to a solicitor or legal executive. The successful candidate will be joining a team of experienced litigators and have a broad background of all aspects of Contentious Probate, either as a mixed or specialist caseload.
The workload will be both challenging and rewarding and involve challenges to the validity of a will, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, Joint Bank Account disputes, disputes over the intention and interpretation of specific clauses, Claims against Personal Representatives and Executors, including their removal, Statutory Wills and Trust, Estate and Property claims
Additionally you will be required to become actively involved the marketing and business development of the practice moving. The firms standards are high and demanding but their rewards, both materially and in terms of real job satisfaction, achievement and development, make the effort worthwhile.
