Litigation Solicitor - Our clients, a Chambers ranked West Sussex firm with an especially strong commercial client base are looking for a further litigation solicitor, c. NQ-3+ PQE to handle a mixed caseload with the emphasis on property litigation. This role centers on getting results for both commercial and private clients in resolution and property litigation, general civil litigation as well as debt recovery and some related insolvency. The successful applicant should be IT literate and be able to work as part of a team with high standards of client care.
