Banking Partner - Perfect Opportunity For A Senior Associate To Take The Step Up

A first class full service national and international law firm is continuing its expansion in the Birmingham market and is keen to appoint a Banking Solicitor to the firm at Partner level.

The practice boasts a headcount in excess of 2000 members who are based throughout the UK, the Middle East and mainland Europe. The firm is the proud recipient of a number of awards and is considered to be one of the leading law firms which is no surprise given its ranking as a Top 25 practice.

Located at modern offices in Birmingham city centre, the firm is keen to expand its banking operations and so wishes to appoint an experienced Banking Solicitor to the partnership to consolidate its position as a major player in the sector.

The firm would welcome discussions from partners at established Top 50 law firms who are very well connected with those who influence Banking Panel Membership and who are perhaps frustrated in their current role and are craving the freedom to shape their practice area but who are perhaps unable to do any of this because of being constrained by very rigid internal policies.

Alternatively, the firm is equally enthusiastic to hear from senior associates who have worked at high calibre firms and are keen on taking the step up to partner level by demonstrating their technical expertise and their appetite for business development and who have either a portable following or who are very well connected and will be able to secure clients expeditiously. A discussion with a current "Number 2" who has very much reached a ceiling in their current firm but who is able to open direct communications with the major banks would be most welcome and would be extremely likely to prove most lucrative.

The salary and benefits package on offer is second to none and the firm is also able to offer a collegiate and supportive working environment. The bonus structure is outstanding and the firm is truly a meritocratic organisation and is in a very strong financial position, can offer long term security and will also offer exposure to high calibre work which you can often leverage off by way of cross-departmental referrals.

Opportunities to join the partnership of a leading firm are rare so for more information on this Banking Solicitor Partner opportunity please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
