Litigation Fee Earner. A litigation fee earner is required by a Kent litigation team as part of their commercial litigation service. The litigation fee earner will have proven commercial/civil and property litigation experience involving landlord and tenant, contract disputes, commercial disagreements, building disputes and other commercially related dispute resolution work. The successful litigation fee earner will have a strong understanding of the litigation processes and will possess strong drafting experience. This role is open to qualified solicitors and legal executives. Commutable from Maidstone, Gillingham and Chatham.
