Bloomsbury Law are a leading firm of solicitors located in the West End of London and are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor who is focussed, organised and energetic. As a well-established firm, we have an excellent reputation to deliver expert legal advice within a timely manner.  

The role will be to manage and build the Private Client Department as well as getting involved in business development and marketing aspects to move the Private Client Department forward. 

The successful Private Client Solicitor must be experienced and be able to deal with the clients in an efficient manner both face-to-face and over the telephone.  It is essential that as a Private Client Solicitor, you have a minimum of 3 years PQE to be considered for the role.  We require you to be a 'self-starter', highly motivated and driven to push your career forward.  It is crucial that you have excellent organisation skills and ability to develop the department. You must be able to work with minimal supervision. We require our solicitors to be confident and competent in their work and you must be willing to work as part of a friendly and established team. We have a wide portfolio client database and require the successful candidate to take over the same as well as bringing new clients and ideas to strengthen the department.

This role will require the successful candidate to have experience in the following:

•    Handling/drafting Wills and Trusts;
•    Lifetime and Succession planning;
•    Trust Administration and taxation issues;
•    Probate and Administration of Estates;
•    Deeds of Variation;
•    Later life and Estate Planning; and 
•    Lasting Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney.
