Job Details
Our client is a well established firm in West Sussex. Established in the 90's this client has now grown to have a number of offices and a full service offering.
With a mixed Commercial and Individual client base this law firm has a big litigation practice that still allows its lawyer to mix to litigation work they do. This team that is filled with experience in all areas of litigation is based in the centre of Worthing and looking to hire a litigation solicitor with good experience running their own files.
They have a caseload for you to get involved with straight away, which includes general commercial, civil and property related litigation. There is also a marked rise in the cases they are seeing for contested probate.
You should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5PQE working in litigation and dealing with a mixed caseload of litigation matters. Particular experience dealing with contentious probate work is of interest to this client and would definitely be advantageous.
