An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Locum to join an established Private Practice in Leeds on a Locum basis. The client requires somebody for a 9 month period to cover maternity.

Day to day duties:

• Handling a busy caseload to include childcare and domestic violence matters
• All the files are publicly funded
• Advocating in both the County Court and Family Proceedings Court including directions hearings and half day hearings

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Childcare Law. Candidates with extensive public law experience within Private Practice or Local Authorities will be considered. It is essential that candidates are either a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
