Regulatory Lawyer, 5+ PQE, Gloucestershire, ref: SW4 237

This Legal 500 firm are looking for a solicitor with a solid background in regulatory matters to join the practice within the licensing and regulatory team. Have you got a strong background of criminal regulatory defence work which has been gained within a City or large regional firm?  If so, then this is a great role to continue working with some quality clients whilst basing yourself in the Cotswolds. The work you will be advising is both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to investigations, prosecutions and enforcement notices across a broad range of matters.   You will be working as part of a collaborative and friendly licensing and regulatory team. In terms of level of post qualification experience, you will have at least 5-10 years and you may enter at either Associate or Partner level depending upon your experience, seniority and potential contacts / following.
