Solicitor/TEP with Will and Trust experience

This is an exciting opportunity with prospects for the successful applicant of a career path into a senior role.

The Role
The position entails a broad base of private client work skills, including drafting wills, power of attorney, court of protection and deputyship applications, estate administration, legal research on benefits, trusts and estates.

The successful applicant will:

• have minimum 5 years PQE
• have a good knowledge of UK Will and Trust law
• have an aptitude for IT and software applications
• have good organisation skills
• have a strong interest in marketing and promotion
• be a good communicator, which is essential to this role
• be able to work as part of a team but also capable of acting on    own initiative
• show enthusiasm for their work and be driven to succeed

Hours of work        -        Typically 9:00 to 17:30 Monday-Friday

Starting Salary -    According to qualifications and experience but in the region of £45,000 - 55,000 p.a.
