Property Litigation Solicitor

National law firm opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join at NQ-3 year PQE.  This established and well regarded property litigation team handles excellent quality work for a wide range of sector clients.  
You will be based out of the Manchester office assisting the property litigation team handling your own caseload of commercial and residential property litigation work.  The mainstay of this work will be landlord and tenant and you must therefore have experience of dealing with break notices, lease renewal/termination, arrears recovery, service charge disputes and dilapidations.  You will also have experience of residential tenancies and particularly Leasehold Enfranchisement and mixed use developments, ideally.

You will be able to present straightforward commercial advise to clients and be used to handling your own caseload, with supervision appropriate to your PQE level.  This role gives you the opportunity to be actively involved in maintaining strong client relationships, business development and marketing activities whilst being given a structured training programme, helping you to develop your technical knowledge as a property litigation solicitor along with wider firm training.
