Job Details

Agricultural Property Lawyer required by Legal 100 law firm based in the South West of England.

The Agricultural Property Team provide legal services to a broad range of clients locally and nationally including farmers, landed estate, banks, charities, and investors, as well as providing support to the wider Private Wealth Group, Commercial Property and Property Litigation Teams.

The firm has recently been reappointed to the NFU legal panel for the counties of Devon and Cornwall and advises on all aspects of agricultural and rural issues.

The role will involve working out of all of their regional offices and work closely with other areas of the business. Ideally you will be an experienced Agricultural Lawyer with a passion and drive able to deal with all aspects of agricultural law, rural issues and various transactions for farmers, land owners and estates.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor that has developed a reputation within agricultural law and understands the issues faced by this community and is fully versed with the law and able to deal with associated tax issues.
