Salary: £38,482.00 - £53,273.00 Per Annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a specialist in property law to mainly lead on, and assist with, a project involving our Metrolink network. This role would be for a duration of 1 year (with potential scope for extension), on a fixed term contract.
TfGM oversees transport in Greater Manchester, delivering and improving transport services, facilities and information to make travel easier for everyone. We deliver high-profile, large-scale transport projects, and our legal team are at the heart of the delivery of this work. This is a busy and exciting time for us: under the devolution agreement and with Greater Manchester at the heart of the Northern Powerhouse, transport will play a vital role in supporting growth and prosperity in the UK’s largest regional economy outside London.
You will have commercial acumen and the ability to engage with commercial and public sector partners to secure efficient delivery of our ambitious programme of work. You will be involved in the projects from an early stage and work with the respective project and commercial teams within the organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their first role in-house or looking to pursue or develop their career in the transport sector.
