Contentious Trusts & Probate Locum

CONTENTIOUS TRUSTS & PROBATE LOCUM • EAST SUSSEX • COMPETITVE HOURLY RATE

Our client, a well respected high street firm based in East Sussex is currently looking for a contentious trusts and probate locum to work on a busy caseload of wills, whilst they look to recruit permanently. It is an initial 3 month project but has the potential to be extended.

You will be working on a full spectrum of contentious probate work ranging from will disputes, inheritance claims, trust disputes and undue Influence.

The ideal private client locum will possess:

• 2-7 years PQE + • Experience in the full spectrum of contentious trust and probate matters• have means to work to own initiative and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face •
