Senior Private client Solicitor - Agricultural Sector - Spalding

Opportunities for those from 5 years PQE up to partnership level candidates.

Excellent chance to make the step up to Senior associate or partner level within a well respected leading legal 500 and chambers listed practice dealing with top quality, interesting and varied work.

The successful candidate will be a private client solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE who has a solid background of working in private client law dealing with agricultural clients and will have a good working knowledge of the agricultural sector.

The role would suit a current solicitor at a firm looking to make the step up to partner level. The firm has expanded considerably in recent years and continues to grow with ambitous plans for the future. Therefore this is a fantastic and rare opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a similarly ambitious firm at a good time. The team has a fantastic track record of retaining their staff with many of the partners having trained at the firm. This is due to a combination of the high quality work that the firm deal with as well as the progression prospects that they offer leading to their lawyers being able to achieve their career ambitions with the firm.

You will be expected to show experience in dealing with the full range of private client matters including trust and tax planning and be able to advise and act for agricultural business owners/families, farmers and Landed estates on such issues.

As well as the technical side of things all applicants would be expected to show a background of actively getting involved in the marketing and business development activities of the firms in which they work as due to the senior position you will play an integral role in the development, promotion and continued success of the department.
