An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading firm. Our client is a multi-site firm with this particular role based in the beautiful city of Chester. They are a modern, technology-savvy legal practice who invest care in recruiting talent to ensure they can provide the best working environment and, in turn, service to their clients.
The role will involve working with an impressive client base and high quality files, handling a mixed workload of Commercial Property matters including: landlord and tenant work; development; real estate finance; acquisitions and disposals of land with agriculture work. Because the firm is so progressive with forward-thinking plans to expand, there is a real opportunity to carve out an exciting career path here as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
The successful candidate will have between 3-5 years PQE, though if you fall either side of this do apply, as you could still be considered given you have the relevant experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
