GENERAL LITIGATION - DERBYSHIRE -

Litigation Solicitor -

This is a rare opportunity with a multi-office regional firm for a Solicitor with a background in Litigation.

We would be most interested to hear from candidates with a minimum of 7 years PQE upwards in general Litigation matters, including

  • Contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Contentious probate - inheritance claims
  • Property disputes
  • Partnership disputes
  • Company/commercial disputes
  • Commercial debts
  • Personal injury claims - claimant and defendant (not essential unless they have a following)
