Childcare Solicitor/CILEx – 1 Yrs. + PQE

Legal 500 law firm are looking to recruit a conscientious and hardworking childcare solicitor into their high regarded family department. The firm has strong links with the local authorities in the region and has a heavy stream of publicly and privately funded childcare cases, so the office is a fast-paced environment. 

You will as a childcare solicitor/CILEx represent parents and interveners at all stages of public law proceedings from child protection and pre-proceedings stage to applications for care and supervision orders and discharge of care orders.

You will as a childcare solicitor/CILEx have at least one year’s post qualification experience and have a strong academic profile. You will also have experience dealing with publicly and privately funded children matters, as your caseload will be split 50/50.

You will be joining a friendly firm with a high staff retention rate and a strong emphasis on teamwork. The firm offer great flexibility and will consider flexible hour for full time staff.
