Corporate / Commercial Solicitor - Swansea

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a modern and dynamic law firm in Swansea.

The firm are seeking to recruit a solicitor between 2-4 years post qualification experience to join our very busy and well regarded Corporate / Commercial team

The role will involve effectively managing a caseload involving a broad range of both corporate and commercial work including business sales, corporate finance, commercial contracts and intellectual property.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload and must be able to show experience of dealing with corporate commercial work. The nature of this role will ideally suit a candidate with a confident personality who is comfortable with direct client contact.

This role will be based in our clients Swansea office but the successful candidate will be required to travel between the offices when business requires.

The successful candidate should have:

• The ability to manage and prioritise a significant work load

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to work at a highly professional level
