Job Details
My Client is one of the leading law firms in the Coventry area, working regionally, nationally and beyond covering a wide range of legal issues for businesses and individuals. They are looking to recruit an experienced Fee Earner with at least 3 years experience, based in the Coventry area.
The Ideal Candidate
The candidate will have good technical knowledge and experience of Wills, lifetime and post death tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, deputy and elderly client issues to fulfil the role.
Be commercially aware as well as a team player.
Strong academic background, excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ideal candidate will be qualified or part-qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or the Elderly (SFE).
A high level of knowledge and competence across all the mainstream private client disciplines is required
Planning, Asset Protection etc is required, and there should be the ability to work and supervise others in the team on routine matters from time to time.
