RTA Litigation Executive - Team Leader

Are you a Litigation Executive with management experience?
 
My client is an awarding winning Personal Injury firm looking to recruit an RTA Litigation Executive/Team Leader to work in Cheadle. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work within a growing firm that offers a friendly working environment and excellent career progression. You will have the ability to conduct a caseload of pre & post-issue personal injury claims, comprising primarily of RTA cases. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the RTA Litigation & Pre-Litigation teams.

This role will include dealing with your own caseload of complex Road Traffic Accident cases in addition to managing a team. Supervisory experience is essential for this role, as is proven experience of handing an RTA caseload.
 
In return you will receive a competitive salary, dependant on experience. Applications are invited from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Fee Earners or Paralegals with a least 12 months experience handling your own case load of litigated Personal Injury files.
