A highly successful, independent law firm headquartered in Manchester is looking to further expand the Corporate Team.
This dynamic firm is retained by an impressive and diverse range of corporate and commercial clients as well as some operating in the not for profit and public sector. Housed in one location, the firm employs over 40 lawyers engaged in corporate and commercial services.
Headed by a supportive and effective leadership team, this firm continues to go from strength to strength. Lateral hires have described the culture as a refreshing and vibrant change from larger or international practices.
This is the opportunity to play a key and pivotal role in a collegiate partnership whilst maintaining high levels of quality work.
Whilst a following is not essential, you will have the gravitas and commercial acumen to develop your own personal reputation clients, contacts and referrers.
You will have experience of negotiating deals and managing all types of corporate transactions, finance and restructuring. Working with highly experienced partners respected in the Manchester market, you will be benefit from their mentoring and contacts whilst also having the support of a wider corporate and commercial team.
