Childcare Lawyer

A busy Borough Council based in the Home Counties is seeking a Childcare Lawyer to join their team on a 3 month initial locum assignment with potential to extend.

The successful candidate will join an established team and will be expected to carry a full and complex caseload from the outset including PLO matters and matters in proceedings. Candidates will also be expected to advise:

• Interim care orders,
• Supervision orders,
• IRHs,
• CMCs
• Direction hearings and EPO’s.

Our client is open to hearing from candidates of all backgrounds with the relevant experience, although those with experience working within a public sector organisation would be of particular interest.

Our client is based in a busy town just a short commute from London and offering a plethora of shops, restaurants and bars.
