Job Details
A well established Leading Legal 500 company based in Sevenoaks, Kent are seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their Conveyancing team.
Working as part of a well-established team, the role will involve handling a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions to include:
•Sales and Purchases
•Re-mortgaging or mortgaging an un-mortgaged property
•Transfers of Equity
•Landlord and Tenant
•Council House Right to Buy
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate the ability to independently handle a caseload within a customer focused environment where quality is paramount. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an established and recognised property team within a supportive environment.
