Job Details
My client, a top 100 law firm, are seeking a 1-4 year PQE Solicitor or ILEX for their Public Law and Human Rights Department.
You will have a particular interest in Court of Protection health and welfare and social care judicial review cases. You will work in a team under the supervision of a Partner but will handle a full caseload or work towards handling one.
You will act for individuals, charities and companies in a full range of judicial review cases with a particular specialism in health and social care, mental capacity and human rights law. You will also represent families and advocates to act on behalf of vulnerable adults in the Court of Protection. Experience of working with various funding models including legal aid is desirable.
